At Petite Property Services, the safety, comfort, and privacy of our clients is incredibly important to us — and that includes protecting our own privacy as well. For this reason, we choose to communicate through Facebook Messenger and email only rather than a business mobile number.

This allows us to keep communication organised, respond thoughtfully when time permits, and maintain the trust that our clients place in us. Unfortunately, like many small businesses working with people in our community, we are sometimes targeted by scammers or individuals seeking information about clients that is not theirs to access.

 

By using secure communication channels, we can better protect the women we support, their personal information, and our own, while continuing to provide a safe and respectful service and working environment,

Accordingly, we will never post about a location or any photos of works being undertaken, without asking express permission first.  We also encourage you to discuss with us any safety concerns you may have, or if there is anything else we can do to help you feel more comfortable with having us in your home.
