As our name suggests, we specialise in the smaller jobs that are often difficult to find help for, providing a friendly, reliable, and professional service with a focus on quality workmanship and genuine care.

🌺For clients who no longer drive or prefer a helping hand, we offer an all-inclusive service. We can pick you up, take you to the store to choose your project supplies, and bring you home to complete the installation or repairs. Travel locations include Bundaberg and Hervey Bay.
As a small local business, we offer limited appointments and focus on jobs where we can make a real difference to our clients and their homes.

Availability
To provide the best service and build lasting relationships with our clients, we keep a small number of regular bookings available for weekly, fortnightly, or monthly maintenance visits.
We also reserve a very limited number of appointments for one-off jobs and smaller projects. As these spots fill quickly, booking in advance is always recommended.

Our Limitations
Your safety—and ours—is always our priority.
Some work, such as electrical, plumbing, gas fitting, air conditioning, or structural building work, must legally be carried out by a licensed tradesperson. If you're unsure whether your job falls into this category, just ask! We are always happy to point you in the right direction.
As much as we don't like to admit it, there are also various jobs that are simply outside our physical capabilities. Very heavy lifting or installations—such as wall-mounting washing machines or dryers, or moving large appliances—may require more muscle than what we have or even specialist equipment.
Finally, due to Queensland Building & Construction Commission (QBCC) licensing requirements, Petite Property Services is unable to undertake works where the total value of any individual job exceeds $3,300 (inclusive of labour and materials). This applies to all non-licenced tradespersons - so don't let them tell you otherwise!
