Before any work starts, you'll know exactly how our pricing works, what you're paying for, and how payments are made.
We keep our pricing simple, transparent, and built around getting your to-do list done efficiently.
We are fully insured, bring our own reliable equipment and vehicle, and charge a flat rate that benefits you if you book a longer session.
Clear, honest pricing means you can book with confidence, knowing there are no hidden fees or unexpected costs—just straightforward service with complete transparency.
Standard Booking & Rates
🛠️First two hours (minimum booking): $150
🛠️Additional Time: $50 per hour (billed in 30 minute increments)
Our initial $150 booking fee covers our travel time, fuel, public liability insurance, and includes your first 2 hours of hands-on labour.
Upfront Quotes For Larger Works
For larger projects - such as painting an entire room, extensive wall repairs, or a complete garden overhaul - hourly rates can add up and become unpredictable. In these instances, we are happy to provde a fixed, upfront quote instead. This gives you total peace of mind with a single, locked in price before any works begin,
Payment & Invoicing Terms
🛠️No upfront payments: We do not require any deposits or upfront payments to book your job. You only pay once the work is complete.
🛠️Invoice details: A full, itemized tax invoice will be sent straight to your email address (or in person if preferred) as soon as the job is finished.
🛠️3 Day Payment Terms: Payment is requested either via bank transfer or cash within 3 days of the invoice being issued.
🛠️We have EFTPOS available: You are able to pay with card on the day if you wish.
Important Details
🛠️Materials: Any materials required are not inlcuded in our hourly rate and will be billed separately on the invoice
🛠️Greenwaste: We are happy to place lawn clippings and garden waste directly into your greenwaste bin. Any larger amounts of greenwaster removal will need to be sourced elsewhere.
🛠️Quotes: For most larger tasks, we would insist on visiting the home to undertake a detailed quote to provide accuracy. Some smaller tasks can be quoted for via photos sent to our Facebook messenger account.
